Attorney Morse graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1970. He received a Doctors of Jurisprudence Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1974. 

Attorney Morse has been practicing on Cape Cod since 1974. He is a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association. 

In addition to representing many lenders on Cape Cod, Mr. Morse is an approved attorney for several national title insurance companies.

Attorney Betsy Newell graduated from Wells College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1971. She received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree from Suffolk University in Massachusetts in 1974. 

Attorney Newell has been practicing on Cape Cod since 1974. She is a past Treasurer of the Barnstable County Bar Association.
